SEED FOUNDATION

About Seed Foundation

Seed Foundation exists to prove that rural America can lead the next wave of innovation. We are the only rural AI and vibe coding education 501(c)(3) in the country.

Our Mission

Seed Foundation invests in rural America's future through three interconnected programs: education (Seed Academy), relocation (Settle the West), and community (THE CULT convention). We believe that the Black Hills of South Dakota can become a national model for rural innovation — combining AI education, vibe coding training, and remote worker relocation into a self-reinforcing ecosystem.

501(c)(3) Status

Seed Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are fiscally transparent and publish annual impact reports detailing program outcomes, financial statements, and community metrics.
